Making A Way Housing Trails Are Blazing
The Gertrude Iraldo Thompson Building
July 2018 marked new beginnings for residents at Making A Way Housing. The Gertrude Iraldo Building, sits on the hills of Making A Way Housing ready and open to provide a safe haven in the city of Atlanta.
The Gertrude Iraldo Thompson building includes 8 state of the art apartment units, with the ability to house 16 residents.
The Ivory Lee Young, Jr. Building
Renovations have begun to the new initiative, The Ivory Lee Young, Jr. Building. Most known as Building E, it is slated to be completed by June 2019. The building will house 8 previously homeless individuals. This is to honor the diligent and committed work of the late Councilman Ivory Lee Young, Jr.
The Ivory Young Building will house 8 residents with impeccable new units for MAWH residents to call home.
